Pop up events will be taking place in businesses all along Abbeydale Road including a buskers corner in the parklet between Lahore and The Greek Village, a families area at Broadfield Park with activities coordinated by Sheffield City Trust plus magic by Benoit Benz and free face-painting by Foxy Faces. The main craft market area will be located in MENSA Carpark, on the corner of Abbeydale Road (no.323) and Aizlewood Road.

Before you complete the form below please read the additional important information below. Space is limited and gazebos must not exceed 3m x 3m. Stalls cost £40 payable in advance. Alternatively, we have a limited number of 6ft tables available in a shared gazebo for smaller traders at £30 each.
Stalls are free for members of The Abbeydale Traders Association.
By completing the below form you confirm your intention to reserve a space for a stall on the 8th December 2024 and accept the conditions set out below:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STALLHOLDERS: please retain for reference
- This is an ‘Application Form’ and not a guarantee that you have reserved a space.
- Our emphasis is on local made or grown by the stallholder, at a location reasonably close to Abbeydale Road.
- If your application is successful, we will email you to confirm in the next 5 days.
- BACS payment is required upon confirmation - we will send details.
- Stalls can be set up from 11.00am (no earlier please) and must be cleared by 5pm.
- Please don’t vacate your stall before 4pm, even if you have run out of produce.
- There is no space to park your vehicle near or next to your stall. Parking space is available along local nearby roads.
- You will be allocated a maximum 3m x 3m space for your stall.
- Only space is provided: there are no tables or gazebos for you to use, you must bring your own stall set and make sure it is weatherproof and well secured!
- No electricity or water provided.
- Toilet facilities are available at Cole’s Corner or Over The Yardarm.
- Stallholders handling food are required by law to have undertaken Food Hygiene training (display certificate) and operate in accordance with current UK legislation.
- In the event of our cancellation of the market before the due date, your payment will be returned in full or held over for the next event.
- In the event that you wish to cancel after being approved, your payment will only be refunded if we are successful in filling your allocated space.
- This is a community run market with only a very few volunteers organising it. Please clear up after the event and do not leave trade or other waste on site.
